Great hotel with strong Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. Staff once helped me print my boarding pass. I recommend staying here for the great atmosphere. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are air conditioned and light with a bath, so that guests have essentials. Overall amazing food, plus there is The Big Tree close by.
The bed of mine was uncomfortable.

The hotel was very close to the city centre and within walking distance of the Luas (city tram system), several theatres, art gallery and bars and restaurants. Our room was clean and a good size.

Central location-easy to find by road
Bed sloped badly downhill=had to elevate head end with books. Room service not done by incoming time of 2pm. Car park area inadequate.

The room itself was well decorated and had a great view over the cathedral across the road. The location was perfect and nice, you can visit a memorial park by walking.
Even though everything was really good, some of the staff were disappointing.

I had a fantastic time during my stay. The breakfast choices were excellent, especially the Full Irish options! The evening entertainment with live music added a special touch. However, the photos made the shower look better than it was. the pressure was a bit weak. I would definitely return for the ambiance and value!

The hotel was central to city centre. However we arrived days before queens visit and security was tight.some roads around the hotel were blocked off. However staff couldnt have been more helpful .
Walls were a bit thin you could hear conversations fromnext room.

Loved the live music in the restaurant and the cozy vibes. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The quirky decor added to the charm, and I appreciated the small cafe next door.

Good location at the top end of O'Connell Street. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Very reasonable price for a city hotel.
